If the application is NOT complete or fees not paid “We will NOT process the application.”
⚡Application fee(s) are nonrefundable.
⚡Once approved, we require a refundable security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent (not to be used as last month’s rent), non refundable pet fee (if applicable), All rental units are non smoking. 1st month’s rent and a signed Rental Agreement prior to moving in.
